2. Application training

• Training on comprehensive knowledge of instrument and accessories
• Training on application software and data analysis
• Training on intended application packages
• Recommendation on additional application packages
• Overseas training on advanced applications and certificates as necessary

3. Warranty

• Standard one-year parts and service warranty for manufacturer's defects
• Preventive or periodic maintenance, reactive repair, basic calibration etc within warranty period

4. Service Contract

• One or two year service contract for parts and service (or) service only as necessary
